General informations
The Mayermoover double-opening sheet metal container was designed to store, transport and empty all scraps or processing waste in a practical and quick way.
The aforementioned container is classified as an interchangeable accessory pursuant to the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, implemented in Italy with the Legislative Decree. 27/10/2010, n. 17; for this reason it is supplied with CE marking, declaration of conformity, safety labeling and use and maintenance manual.
Thanks to the "ears" located in the upper part of the leg, it is possible to stack the container with up to 4 shelves, significantly reducing the overall dimensions inside the warehouse.
At your request we are able to provide different types of finishes, including: epoxy powder painting, single/two-component liquid painting, cold galvanizing or hot galvanizing.
Any RAL color available (to be agreed based on quantities).
To guarantee reliability and retain our customers we can offer the following options:
- Cold stamping of your company brand.
- Tag holder in A4 or A5 format (painted or galvanized).
- Self-adhesive labeling with tare and hectogram indication.
- Retailer sticker.
- Removable or hinged lid
- Application of nylon or vulkollan wheels on a special frame
Thanks to the robust structure and the increased thickness of the sheet metal compared to classic containers, the capacity is 2000 kg.
The handling of the Mayermoover open-bottom container can be carried out by forklift or crane.
The container is equipped with a safety lock that prevents the unloading lever from being activated. Each container is subjected to strict controls, during production and subsequently, this allows us to offer our customers a safe and certified container.
