General information

The Mayermoover electro-welded mesh container, with a capacity of 1500 kg , is designed for the efficient storage of heavy or bulky materials , ensuring structural resistance and versatility of use in the most demanding industrial contexts.

Enhanced structure for professional environments

This version features thicker sheet metal and a thicker mesh wire than standard models, ensuring a high load capacity. The side ears are equipped with holes for crane handling , optimizing logistics operations.

Visibility and order in the warehouse

The regular mesh allows you to quickly identify the container's contents , even when stacked. This is a real advantage for inventory management and maintaining operational order .

Certified materials and quality control

All containers are made of S235JR steel or higher , sourced from suppliers certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001. Our technicians provide load capacity and stackability certifications (1 + 2) with advanced simulation systems.

Available finishes and wide RAL range

Upon request, the container can be customized with:

• Epoxy powder coating

• Single/two-component liquid paint

• Cold or hot galvanizing

• Any RAL colour, including bright and easily identifiable RAL 2004 orange (subject to availability)

Customized size versions are also available based on customer requirements.
