Description
The insulating band for 1000-litre IBC tanks is designed to insulate the container body and help maintain the temperature of the product inside. Made of water-repellent nylon, it wraps around the container and is secured with four quick-release buckles, making installation and removal easy.
The passive structure does not require an electrical power supply. It can be used on its own to help maintain the temperature or combined with an IBC container heater by positioning it as an outer layer after installing the heater. This configuration helps reduce heat loss and makes heating faster.
To further improve insulation, a compatible insulating cover can be added and is available separately. The band is sized for standard 1000-litre IBC containers; a dedicated version is available for 640-litre containers, item 22-4055.
