Description
The high-temperature drum heating bands for 105–120-liter drums are designed to heat the contents of the drums and maintain them at the desired temperature. They are suitable for industrial applications where it is necessary to maintain a specific viscosity, preserve the fluidity of materials, or prevent liquids from freezing.
Both models are powered by 230 V and feature a digital thermostat with a control range of 0 to 200 °C. They differ in power, dimensions, and weight: model 11-9873 delivers 700 W and features a 1650 × 370 mm band, while model 22-3079 offers 1060 W and a 1650 × 700 mm band.
The structure is made of silicone-impregnated fabric, with fiberglass insulation and a Teflon heating element. The quick-release adjustable buckles make it easy to attach the band to the drum, while the 3-meter power cable allows it to be connected to the electrical grid. The cable is supplied without a plug.
These heaters provide a flexible solution for directly heating drums and can complement traditional heating systems. A compatible heating base and an insulating top cover, sold separately, can also be used to enhance the heating system and help reduce heat loss.

Note: the standard protection rating is IP40. For environments with water splashes or higher humidity, an IP54 version is available on request. The maximum temperature actually achievable by the contents also depends on the characteristics of the heated material and the operating conditions.
