The stainless steel hydraulic unit is crafted with extreme attention to detail and boasts a monolithic design : a solid pump body with integrated oil tank , which effectively protects all internal components from accidental damage. Machined with CNC machines , it achieves high precision tolerances to ensure reliable and consistent performance.
The chrome-plated piston rod and oil seal help prevent leaks and increase resistance to aggressive agents. The presence of the maximum pressure valve protects the pallet truck and the operator in the event of overload, while the proportional descent valve allows gradual and precise control of the load during lowering, perfect for fragile or delicate materials such as glass, ceramic or crystal.
The surface is treated with electropolishing , improving the aesthetic appearance and facilitating cleaning. This treatment, combined with the use of AISI 304 stainless steel , offers superior protection from corrosion and guarantees maximum hygiene , even in the most critical contexts.
