Advanced construction and hydraulic quality
The pallet truck is equipped with a monolithic cast iron hydraulic unit , with integrated tank , which guarantees robustness and precision . Machined with CNC technology, the pump body ensures high quality tolerances, reducing the risk of mechanical damage.
The system includes a chrome-plated piston rod and oil seal designed to resist corrosion and maintain hydraulic integrity even after long work cycles. The relief valve protects against accidental overloads, while the proportional descent valve allows the operator to precisely control the movement of the forks, improving safety with delicate or unstable loads .
Complete technical equipment
The GS EVO SPECIAL is supplied with directional wheels and loading rollers in polyurethane , a material chosen for its resistance, silence and non-marking capacity , perfect for industrial and logistics surfaces that require protection and fluidity of movement.
The forks are equipped with entry and exit rollers , which facilitate the gripping of the pallet with lower crosspieces and relieve the stress on the main rollers, improving durability and quality of use.

Finally, all metal parts are subjected to a polyester powder coating process after washing and degreasing, with baking at 250 °C, which guarantees long-lasting protection from external agents, abrasion and humidity .
