Precise and durable hydraulic technology
At the heart of the design is a monolithic hydraulic unit , made of cast iron and equipped with an integrated oil tank . Machined with CNC machines, it ensures precise tolerances and maximum reliability. This compact design protects the internal components from accidental damage, extending the operating life of the pallet truck.
The chrome-plated piston rod and high-tightness oil seal provide a barrier against corrosion and oil loss. The hydraulic system features a relief valve for overload protection and a proportional descent valve , which allows the operator to precisely control the lowering speed, even with delicate or unstable loads .
Standard equipment and ergonomic features
The GS EVO SPECIAL is equipped as standard with directional wheels and load rollers in polyurethane , a material known for its smoothness, silence and resistance to wear , as well as leaving no marks on surfaces. The forks are equipped with additional rollers to facilitate access to pallets with lower crosspieces, reducing effort and protecting the main rollers.
Ergonomics is a strong point thanks to the 3D helm , designed to follow a natural grip and offer comfort during use. The large inclined lateral areas improve the posture of the arms and wrists, reducing fatigue even in prolonged sessions.
The metal surfaces are treated with a polyester powder coating process, applied after careful cleaning and baking at 250°C, to ensure resistance to scratches, atmospheric agents and aggressive environments .
Finally, the connection system between the steering system and the pump uses two fully welded joints , which ensure a solid and reliable structure even under constant mechanical stress.
