Professional Glove for Protection from Mechanical Risks

Product Description: Professional anti-cut knitted glove with high cut resistance, made with a blend of high-performance synthetic polymers (HPPE + polyester + spandex + glass fiber + nylon). Coated in polyester entirely on the palm and fingertips on the back. Elasticated cuff approximately 8 cm long.

Main Features:

  • Material: HPPE + Polyester + Spandex + Fiberglass + 13 Gauge Nylon Blend in Gray Color.
  • Coating: Black polyurethane on palm and fingertips.
  • Cuff: Approximately 8cm long and elasticated.
  • Packaging: Available in a hanging cardboard blister pack, in packs of 12 pairs per size.

For: Handling of non-hazardous metal sheets and glass, stamping on metal, plastics, production of tyres, motor vehicles and household appliances.

Technical Information:

  • Suitable for all environments and/or workplaces where the maximum level of protection against the risk of cuts to the hands must be guaranteed.
  • Material: HPPE + Polyester + Spandex + Fiberglass + 13 Gauge Nylon blend in grey and black polyurethane coating on palm and fingertips.
  • Sleeve: Approximately 8cm long.
  • Category 2 PPE: EN 388:2016+A1:2018 = 4 X 4 3 D --- cut resistance value: 22.4 Newton.
  • In a hangable cardboard blister version.
  • Minimum order: 1 pack of 12 pairs per size.

Technical Data:

  • EN ISO 21420:2020 (dexterity): 5 (min. level 1 – max. level 5).
  • EN 388:2016+A1:2018 = 4 X 4 3 D * --- cut resistance value: 22.04 Newton (equal to category "E", but downgraded to "D" for greater safety).

Important Note: The Newton value obtained (equal to 22.04) corresponds to the "E" value. However, being slightly higher than the minimum permitted (≥ 22 Newton), it was decided to downgrade the glove with the "D" value to ensure greater safety.
