The cast iron body protects the internal components from impacts and stresses, while the chromed piston rod , combined with the oil seal , ensures long life , protection from corrosion and sealing against oil leaks . The CNC pump guarantees precision and reliability even in the most critical mechanical details.
The ON-OFF lowering system allows safe control of the load during lowering, while the maximum pressure valve protects the pallet truck from accidental overloads . The ergonomic tiller with quadruple steering wheel integrates all the controls in a single lever, improving control and reducing fatigue during prolonged use.
Polyurethane rollers and rubber steering wheels ensure silent and stable movement , even on delicate surfaces . The powder coating , applied in an electrostatic field , protects the structure from wear and atmospheric agents .
The equipment is completed by a quick assembly system for the handlebar and an adjustable brake , which allows for safe use even on ramps and slopes , with a parking lock function .
