HX10M - Manual Scissor Lift - fork size 1150 x 540 mm

The HX10M is a manual scissor lift designed to offer maximum stability, ergonomics and safety during handling and loading/unloading operations. With a capacity of 1000 kg and a platform adjustable in height from 400 to 800 mm , it represents an efficient solution for operating in contexts such as workshops, production lines and assembly areas .

The possibility of using the HX10M also as a lifting work surface makes this model particularly useful in activities where it is essential to reduce the physical effort of the operator and maintain a correct posture during goods handling operations.

Advanced ergonomics and ease of use

The 3D ergonomic helm is designed to ensure a natural and comfortable grip from any angle. The wide angled side areas provide optimal posture of the arms and wrists during the push, helping to reduce operator fatigue even in case of prolonged use.

High performance hydraulics

The hydraulic system of the HX10M is developed with extreme attention to detail , to offer resistance, precision and safety :

• The monolithic design of the pump, made of cast iron with integrated oil tank , protects all internal components from shocks and mechanical stress.

• CNC machining ensures high precision tolerances.

• The chrome plated piston rod and oil seal ensure greater corrosion resistance and prevent any oil leaks.

• The steel tank , resistant and durable, gives solidity and reliability to the structure.

Improved stability and active safety

The HX10M is equipped with front and rear stabilisers that ensure greater safety especially when the platform is raised above 400 mm or when carrying heavy loads . The forward position of the load rollers allows for stable support, while the front leverage system facilitates access to closed pallets , reducing the need for tiring manoeuvres.

Control is further improved by two key devices:

• The maximum pressure valve , which automatically blocks lifting if the load limit is exceeded;

• The proportional lowering valve , which allows for progressive and controlled lowering , is ideal for handling fragile loads such as glass, ceramics and delicate materials.
