The HX10M is a pallet truck with a pantograph lifting system, ideal for working safely and efficiently with loads of up to 1000 kg . Thanks to the platform adjustable in height from 400 to 800 mm , this manual trolley allows you to adapt the work surface to operational needs, reducing the physical effort of the operator to a minimum during the loading and unloading phases of goods on pallets.
Perfect for contexts such as workshops, assembly departments and production lines , the HX10M can perform a dual function : that of a pallet truck for handling and that of an ergonomic work bench , ideal for assembly, preparation and quality control operations.
Designed for the operator: 3D wheelhouse and reinforced installation
The 3D ergonomic handle has been developed to ensure comfortable and natural use from any angle. The large, specially inclined lateral grip areas offer the operator a correct posture of the arms and wrists during the push, improving efficiency and reducing fatigue.
The connection between the steering system and the pump unit is made via two welded joints , which ensure a solid and long-lasting structure, designed to withstand stress even in demanding working conditions.

The monolithic pump body , in cast iron with integrated oil tank , is machined with numerically controlled machines (CNC) to guarantee high precision tolerances.

The chrome-plated piston rod and oil seal ensure corrosion resistance and no oil leaks , even with intensive use.

Two essential safety devices complete the hydraulic system:

Total stability thanks to automatic stabilizers
The HX10M is designed to ensure maximum stability during lifting . The front stabilizers are integrated into the structure and work in combination with the advanced load rollers , improving ground support. In addition, the rear stabilizers are automatically activated when the platform height exceeds 400 mm , increasing safety even with heavy or unbalanced loads .
Thanks to the control lever system, the forklift can slightly lift the pallet to allow entry even from the closed side , facilitating maneuvers and reducing operating times.
Surface treatment resistant to external agents
All metal components of the HX10M are subjected to a professional treatment that includes washing, degreasing and polyester powder coating , with baking at 250 °C . This process guarantees protection against wear, corrosion and atmospheric agents , maintaining the performance and aesthetic appearance of the trolley over time.
