INDY-e ASTER - Safety footwear made of abrasion-resistant material

The ASTER ESD S3S SR FO LG safety footwear is designed in accordance with the EN ISO 20345:2022 standard and made with innovative materials with low environmental impact. The upper uses the special regenerated anti-abrasion material Sparco® FULL EFFICIENCY , composed of over 50% recovered fibers, which guarantees mechanical resistance, durability and a sustainable production approach. The HF reinforcement on the toe adds protection in the areas most subject to impacts and friction, making the footwear particularly suitable for the most dynamic work environments.

Foot protection is ensured by the non-magnetic fiberglass toecap (200 J) and the zero-perforation textile midsole (PS) certified for use with 3 mm conical nails. The micro-perforated 3D fabric lining promotes air circulation, while the removable, antistatic polyurethane insole with ergonomic thermoforming contributes to postural stability and comfort during continuous activity. The entire structure is metal-free, ensuring lightness and compatibility with metal-sensitive areas.

The FLEXGRIP+ dual-density polyurethane sole, with LG (ladder grip) certified heel, offers high performance on ladders and slippery surfaces. The lamellar profiles and technical design of the lugs promote the flow of liquids and improve traction, flexibility and safety in every phase of support. The SR + FO + LG certification confirms the suitability of the shoe for smooth, wet or oil-contaminated surfaces, making the ASTER a reliable solution for transversal uses.
