INDY-R PATO - Ultra-breathable perforated mesh safety footwear

The PATO ESD S1PS SR FO LG are ultra-breathable safety shoes , designed by SPARCO according to the EN ISO 20345:2022 standard and intended for dynamic operating environments where lightness, foot ventilation and stability on ladders are essential elements. The highly breathable perforated mesh upper, combined with microfibre reinforcements on the toe and heel, offers an abrasion-resistant yet extremely lightweight structure, making these shoes suitable for prolonged use and hot weather conditions. The metal-free construction helps reduce weight and increases compatibility with environments with magnetic detection.

Safety is ensured by the non-magnetic fiberglass toecap with a 200 J impact resistance and the zero-perforation textile midsole (PS) , compliant with resistance against 3.0 mm conical nails. The micro-perforated 3D fabric lining optimizes the management of the internal microclimate, while the removable antistatic insole in low-density polyurethane guarantees ergonomic comfort and stability. Electrostatic discharge (ESD) makes them suitable even for electronically sensitive environments.

The FLEXGRIP+ dual-density polyurethane outsole offers an excellent combination of cushioning and abrasion resistance. The LG (ladder grip)-certified heel , with a height ≥10 mm, ensures specific stability on ladders, while the lamellar profiles and lug design improve traction, flexion, and water drainage. SR + FO + LG compliance ensures high performance on slippery surfaces, oil resistance, and safety during activities at height.
