The OHMBELT-KLX heating band is the ideal solution for those who work with high viscosity liquids and need to maintain or pre-heat products inside metal or plastic drums . Thanks to its flexibility and optimal heat transmission , it adapts perfectly to cylindrical surfaces, ensuring uniform and efficient heating.
This variant is equipped with a fixed mechanical snap-action thermostat , with a bimetallic switch, which keeps the band temperature constant . Once the predefined limit is reached, the electrical circuit is interrupted to prevent overheating. The system is calibrated for a temperature range between 0°C and 150°C , with a hysteresis differential of approximately 10°C , making it perfect for industrial applications that require automatic operation without manual adjustments .
