Product Description
This mobile bumper gate is a shock-absorbing protection designed to secure systems, machinery, and operating areas where controlled access is required without sacrificing physical protection. The swing-out structure creates a highly visible collision barrier, useful for preventing accidental contact with vehicles and equipment and for quickly and neatly demarcating sensitive areas.
It is made of Ø 60 tubular steel with a high-resistance shock-absorbing band . The movement is guided by a guide pin with a nylon bearing , while the steel base plate integrates a special high-impact-resistant stop pin . The manual locking/unlocking system allows the barrier to be kept in position during use and to open the passage when necessary. Robust, compact and modular, it integrates with posts , crash barriers and other shock-absorbing protections to configure paths and machine areas in compliance with Legislative Decree 9 April 2008 n. 81 – Annex XXVIII thanks to the high-visibility finishes.

Fixing system
The impact guards ensure very high impact resistance, thanks also to the fastening system included in the supply. They are fixed to the floor using special internally threaded sockets (M10 – M12 – M16) secured with chemical injection anchors.
Installation involves drilling the hole, cleaning it, applying the chemical anchor, and inserting the socket. Once hardened, the protection is secured with screws.
