Description
The ATEX LB series 50–60 liter drum heater is designed for heating drums in environments with an explosive atmosphere risk. It is particularly suitable for frost protection and for maintaining the temperature of products during storage and industrial processes.
The system uses a 275 W self-regulating heating cable, which automatically reduces the power output as the temperature increases. The flexible outer cover made of antistatic and water-repellent PVC fabric is equipped with fastening straps and an ATEX-certified junction box, which facilitates the replacement of the heating cable.
The model operates without a control unit: it is not possible to purchase or connect an external controller. To help reduce heat loss, it can be used with the insulating cover, code 24-4686.
