General information

Interlocking shelving for the construction of medium-capacity systems with a continuous support surface, essential elements are: sides, beams and panels; all made from profiled steel strips with technical features that guarantee their robustness and flexibility of use. It is recommended to position the lowest shelf at a height no greater than 700 mm from the ground.

• Shelves adjustable in height every 25 mm.
• Shelf footprint: h60 mm
• Standard finish: Zinc plated
• Maximum span capacity: 4000 kg (with shelf centre distance of 600 mm and with first shelf maximum 200 mm from the ground)
• Floor fixing anchors included (as required by current regulations)

NB The shelf capacities are intended with uniformly distributed load.

This shelving model has variable capacities in relation to the chosen width, up to 340 kg of load per shelf , and can be configured with a basic module and additional modules.

• Additional module: It consists of 1 side and the desired number of shelves. It must always be installed by attaching it directly to the preceding module (of the same depth) with which it will share the side.

WARNING: to calculate the total width of the module, you must add 120 mm fixed for the basic module + 50 mm for each additional module that is placed. Furthermore, it is advisable to keep a fair margin to prevent possible irregularities in the orthogonality between the floor and the walls.

To fix it to the ground, use the supplied plugs, making sure of the consistency of the slab.

NOTE: On request it is possible to purchase individual components such as shoulder/s, beams, shelves. We also offer the option of choosing uprights and beams painted in RAL 5010 - RAL 1003 - WHITE (NO RAL); contact our sales office for delivery times and costs.
