TEAMWORK LUTON - Running-style safety shoe

The LUTON ESD S1PS SR FO HRO are running-style safety shoes designed by SPARCO , designed to guarantee certified protection, lightweight comfort, and high breathability even during continuous use. The seamless upper in ultra-breathable micro-perforated 3D fabric , combined with abrasion-resistant TPU reinforcements and 3D HF details, reduces areas subject to wear and ensures excellent ventilation in various operational contexts. The seamless construction increases durability and improves comfort, minimizing pressure points during movement.

The protection system includes a non-magnetic fiberglass toecap with resistance to 200 J and an anti-perforation midsole in zero-perforation textile fiber (PS) , compliant with the EN ISO 20345:2022 standard. These features make the shoe suitable for industrial environments where high safety standards are required against impacts, perforations and risks from sharp materials. The micro-perforated 3D fabric lining contributes to thermoregulation, while the removable antistatic insole in low-density polyurethane offers ergonomic support and is compatible with DGUV 112-191 orthopedic insoles .

The shoe features a sole system designed to optimize stability and energy return. The super-comfortable EVA midsole absorbs shock, reduces fatigue, and returns elastic energy, making the shoe suitable for long shifts and dynamic activities. The FO + HRO nitrile rubber tread guarantees resistance to hydrocarbons, grip on ceramic floors with glycerin (SR), and tolerance to contact heat up to 300°C for 60 seconds. The Twist Tech zigzag design with segmented profiles, sculpted central lugs, and drainage channels promotes maximum flexibility and effective grip even on wet surfaces.

Thanks to the Mondopoint 11 fit and lightweight structure, the LUTON are ideal for those who require dynamic safety work shoes , capable of combining certified protection, continuous comfort and high mechanical performance on indoor and outdoor surfaces.
