The TAKUMA ESD S3S SR FO HRO SC are sports safety shoes designed by SPARCO according to the EN ISO 20345:2022+A1:2024 standard, designed for professionals who require water resistance, advanced S3S protection, and maximum stability during landings. The soft, water-repellent tumbled nubuck upper, reinforced with textured microfiber inserts, offers high abrasion resistance and superior comfort, maintaining a technical aesthetic but less reflective than models in the same line. The reflective technical fabric alternative (for other models) highlights the versatility of the entire series, but the TAKUMA version prioritizes robustness and outdoor protection.

Protection is provided by a non-magnetic fiberglass toecap with resistance up to 200 J and a zero-perforation (PS) textile midsole , designed to counter punctures from conical nails in accordance with the requirements of the updated standard. The micro-perforated 3D fabric lining allows for effective breathability, while the removable antistatic insole in low-density polyurethane ensures stable, ergonomic support suitable for continuous use. The non-slip microfiber insert in the heel area improves foot support during rapid movements or on inclined surfaces.

The super-comfortable EVA midsole provides high shock absorption, reducing muscle fatigue during high-mobility activities. The FO + HRO nitrile rubber tread is resistant to hydrocarbons and contact heat up to 300°C. W-Flex technology, with W-shaped central lugs, heel sculpture, and sculpted profiles, optimizes the natural flexion of the foot, promotes liquid drainage, and offers high traction on contaminated surfaces. The SR certification, together with the SC protection, confirms the stability of the heel area and abrasion resistance in critical areas, making TAKUMA particularly suitable for demanding environments.

Featuring a Mondopoint 11 fit, metal-free construction and a second pair of coloured laces included, the TAKUMA represents a robust and versatile choice for those requiring S3S safety shoes with increased heel protection (SC) and high performance on complex terrain.
