TRANS INOX® is a professional elastic sealant based on MS Polymer , enriched with stainless steel pigments to obtain a transparent metallic effect finish that visually adapts to the surface.
It is the ideal invisible sealant for steel, aluminium and natural ferrous metals , capable of reflecting the colour of the substrate and hiding cracks or deep joints .
Its formulation guarantees excellent adhesion even on wet surfaces , resistance to water, bacteria and fungi, as well as certification for food use .
Free from phthalates, solvents, and isocyanates, it is safe, odorless, and suitable for closed or professional environments such as industrial kitchens and laboratories.
Once cured, it remains super strong and permanently elastic , ensuring long-lasting seals on metal and building materials.
How to Use
Preparation:

Thoroughly clean surfaces from dust and grease with TEC7 CLEANER , MULTICLEAN or HP CLEAN .

Perform preliminary tests on plastics, exotic woods, and painted materials.
Application:

Cut the cartridge and nozzle to the desired size.

Apply with GUN7 gun on dry or wet surfaces.

Spread with an optimal thickness of 3 mm for a strong seal.

Finish with TEC7 CLEANER for a smooth finish.

When gluing mirrors, apply only vertical strips to avoid condensation.
Ideal conditions:
Application temperature between +5 °C and +40 °C .
