HPRC2760W Resin Case

Lightweight , watertight and indestructible resin suitcase, designed to ensure maximum protection of the contents and equipped with a customizable interior and 4 wheels for effortless mobility.
Available in four configurations:

• Empty

• With pre-cut internal sponge (dimpled layer in the lid, smooth bottom and an intermediate layer)

• With internal nylon bag

• With internal bag complete with dividers

Main features

• 4 multidirectional wheels to comfortably slide the suitcase on any surface, even with a simple push

• Wheels with brakes , ideal for blocking the suitcase and preventing unwanted movements

• Two side handles , for a comfortable grip in any position

• Ergonomic handle in PP + SEBS with steel pin , designed to offer maximum comfort even with prolonged use

• Automatic valve for regulating internal air pressure

• Expanded EPDM O-ring , which guarantees a total watertight seal

• Ultra-resistant locking hooks , equipped with a double-phase system , which prevents accidental opening in the event of a fall

• Reinforced side corners , designed to offer superior protection against shocks and impacts

Patented materials

The structure of the suitcase is obtained from a patented mix composed of:

• Polypropylene TTX01

• Fiberglass

• Eraser

• PA66 , SEBS , PA66GF30 , Aluminum , Stainless Steel

Certifications and resistance

The TTX01 material gives the suitcases excellent resistance to shocks, impacts and pressure .
Guaranteed temperature range : -40°C to +80°C ( -40°F to +176°F ).

Upon request, cases can be made with UL-94 V-0 certification , which attests to flame resistance according to the rigorous standards of Underwriters Laboratories (minimum quantity required).
