HPRC4100 Resin Case

Lightweight , completely watertight and indestructible resin suitcase, designed to offer high protection and a wide range of internal customization options.
Available in three configurations:

• Empty

• With pre-cut sponge (dimpled layer in the lid, smooth bottom and intermediate layer)

• With internal bag complete with dividers

It can be transformed into a shoulder bag by purchasing the dedicated strap separately.

Main features

• Ergonomic PP+SEBS handle with steel pin , for a comfortable and safe grip

• Automatic valve for internal pressure balance

• Expanded EPDM O-ring , which guarantees a total watertight seal

• Reinforced locking hooks , with two-stage opening/closing system, which prevents accidental opening in the event of a fall

• Reinforced side corners , designed to effectively resist impacts

The structure of the suitcase is made with a patented mix composed of:

• Polypropylene TTX01®

• Fiberglass

• Eraser

• PA66 , SEBS , PA66GF30 , Aluminum , Stainless Steel

This combination allows you to obtain:

Certifications and resistance

The material guarantees resistance to impacts, drops and pressure even in extreme environmental conditions.
Certified temperature range : -40°C to +80°C ( -40°F to +176°F )

UL-94 V-0 certified versions are available upon request, which certify flame resistance according to Underwriters Laboratories standards (with minimum order quantity).
