Technical features:

Materials: the structure is made of TTX01® , a patented material composed of a mixture of polypropylene , mineral fillers and elastomer . This compound maintains the strength and increases the elasticity , guaranteeing exceptional resistance to impacts, falls and pressure. All with a weight up to 20% lower than the competition.

Certifications:

The HPRC collection has been subjected to rigorous tests according to national and international standards:

• STANAG 4280 (NATO Defence Standard – impact test, Europe)

• DS 81-41 (DEF STAN 81-41 – impact test, USA)

• IP67 (waterproof)

• ATA 300 (Air Transport Association construction standard)

HPRC cases maintain their characteristics even at extreme temperatures , from -40°C to +80°C (from 40°F to 176°F). The material and colors have optimal UV resistance thanks to the use of highly resistant pigments.

HPRC can also produce, upon request and in minimum quantities, UL-94 V-0 cases, certified for flame resistance according to Underwriters Laboratories standards.

• Rounded corners: The 4 corners, reinforced at the top and bottom, are rounded for better shock protection and a recognizable design

• TSA: TSA lock housings are metal-reinforced for added durability

• Handles: two handles in PP and SEBS , with ergonomic and scratch-resistant grip, guarantee maximum comfort and secure grip , even in difficult conditions (water, humidity, low temperatures)

• Lid: with integral closure , thoroughly protects the contents; the expanded EPDM gasket ensures a complete watertight seal

• Locking hooks: extremely robust , with a double-phase system that prevents accidental opening in the event of a fall

• Automatic valve: also present in this model, it automatically regulates the internal pressure

• Name plate: large and with a new design , it is easy to read and highly resistant

In addition to being watertight , the suitcase is resistant to falls, impacts, dust, sand and acids , as well as flame retardant . A transport solution that offers uncompromising protection .
