Description
The 11-9868 heating base is designed to heat metal drums from below, offering a solution for heating and maintaining the temperature of the liquids contained within. With a diameter of 550 mm, it is suitable for metal drums of various sizes, up to the standard 200-liter size.
The base is equipped with a digital Digitherm thermostat, with a control range from 0 to 120 °C, allowing you to set the desired temperature. The heating system consists of a metal element and a glass-impregnated silicone mat, while the insulation is made of high-density rock wool with a thickness of 50 mm.
To speed up the heating process, the base can be used together with a compatible drum heating band. It can also be combined with an insulating jacket and an insulating cover, helping to limit heat loss.
