Description

The silicone heating band for 200-litre barrels is designed to heat liquids and industrial materials contained in standard metal barrels. Applied directly to the surface of the container, it promotes heat transfer to the product, facilitating pouring, transferring and pumping.

The structure is made of durable and flexible silicone, with a simple design that allows the band to be easily fitted around the barrel. The device is equipped with an analogue thermostat adjustable from 0 to 120 °C, allowing the heating temperature to be set according to application requirements.

The range includes two variants with different power ratings: the 1000 W 11-9667B model and the 1500 W 11-9667A model. Both measure 1670 × 180 mm and are compatible with barrels having a diameter between 557 and 618 mm.

To speed up the heating of a standard 200-litre barrel, up to three heating bands can be installed on the same container. The bands can also be combined with a base heater to create a combined heating system.
