Description

The heating bands for 200–220-liter drums for food and pharmaceutical applications are designed to heat fluids contained in metal drums and maintain them at the desired temperature, up to 120 °C. They are suitable for industrial processes that require temperature and product viscosity control during storage and handling.

The jacket is made of silicone- and fiberglass-based materials, chosen for applications where resistance and hygiene are important. The adjustable fabric straps with quick-release fasteners make it easy to secure the band to the drum and remove it.

Two configurations are available. The 12-1208DT model has two heating zones, each with its own digital thermostat, for a total power of 1200 W. The 19-2746 model uses a single heating zone with a single digital thermostat, also with a power of 1200 W.

Both models operate at 230 V, have an adjustable temperature from 0 to 120 °C, and feature IP54 protection. The band measures 1990 × 800 mm and is compatible with drums having a diameter between 580 and 630 mm.
