Description
The high-temperature heating bands for 200–220-liter drums are designed to heat the contents of standard metal drums and maintain them at a controlled temperature. They are suitable for industrial applications where it is necessary to preserve the viscosity of liquids, maintain a constant temperature, or prevent the product from freezing.
The three models feature a digital thermostat, with different control ranges: model 11-9870 offers 1200 W of power and a control range of 0 to 200 °C; model 11-9870BDT has 1500 W of power and a control range of 0 to 150 °C; model 11-9870B combines 1500 W of power with a range of 0 to 200 °C.
The band is made of silicone-impregnated fabric, with fiberglass insulation and a Teflon heating wire. The quick-release adjustable buckles make it easy to attach to the drum, while the 3-meter power cable allows connection to the electrical grid; the cable is supplied without a plug.
The heaters can be used in combination with a heating base and a top insulating cover, available separately. This configuration allows the integration of side and base heating, while also limiting heat loss through the cover.

Note: the standard model is supplied with IP40 protection. For applications involving water splashes or higher humidity conditions, it is advisable to check the availability of a version with IP54 protection. The maximum temperature that can actually be reached also depends on the characteristics of the liquid being heated.
