Description
The immersion heater for open tanks is designed for the direct heating of liquids contained in open vessels, such as tanks, barrels, and industrial containers. The over-the-side configuration allows the device to be placed on the edge of the vessel, immersing the heating element in the liquid without requiring permanent installations or modifications to the tank.
The tubular element is made of AISI 316L stainless steel, a corrosion-resistant material also suitable for various demanding industrial environments. The integrated thermostat allows the temperature to be regulated in the range from 30 to 90 °C, while the IP67 protection rating characterizes its protection against the ingress of dust and water.
With a power of 1500 W, it is suitable for temporary or mobile heating applications, temperature control, and frost protection. It is particularly suitable for open vessels and medium-small volumes, where installation flexibility and ease of use are required.
