Description
The submersible oil heater is designed for the direct heating of hydraulic oil and other industrial liquids in tanks and containers. By transferring heat directly to the fluid, it helps maintain its temperature and viscosity, protecting systems from low temperatures.
The structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and includes a ceramic heating element. The magnetic mounting system allows the device to be positioned on the bottom of the tank without the need for permanent installation or modifications to the container.
The heater features an automatic fixed-threshold thermal control system: it activates when the liquid temperature drops to approximately 12 °C ±3 °C and stops heating when it reaches 20 °C. Its IP68 protection rating makes it suitable for immersion installation, provided the operating conditions specified by the manufacturer are met.
It is available in three power versions, 250 W, 500 W and 1000 W, to suit tanks and applications with different temperature maintenance and frost protection requirements.
