Description
The 300-liter IBC heater is a heating blanket designed to heat liquids and materials contained in industrial tanks, making them easier to empty when their viscosity makes transfer operations more difficult.
Materials such as oils, greases, syrups, waxes, and resins can become more viscous at room temperature and adhere to the container walls. Heating helps make them more fluid, facilitating pumping or pouring and helping to reduce product waste.
Model 26-4942 is designed for standard 300-liter IBC containers. It operates at 230 V with a power output of 1150 W and features a digital thermostat with a timer function, adjustable from 0 to 90 °C, to set the operating temperature according to process requirements.
The blanket is made of Cordura and silicone-coated fiberglass fabric, with a thickness of 10 mm. The lightweight structure features adjustable quick-release buckles that make it easy to attach to and remove from the container.
The heater is supplied without a cover. To limit heat loss from the top of the IBC and help it reach the desired temperature, it is recommended to use it with the insulating cover, code 26-4943, sold separately.
The product is intended for indoor use or use under cover and is supplied with an IP40 protection rating. An IP54 version is also available and can be ordered separately.
