Description
The 640-litre IBC heaters are designed to heat materials contained in industrial tanks and facilitate emptying when, at low temperatures, they become viscous or tend to stick to the container walls. Heating helps make the products more fluid, facilitating transfer operations and reducing residues.
The heating blanket is designed for standard 640-litre IBC containers. The robust and lightweight structure, equipped with adjustable quick-release buckles, makes it easy to apply and remove the heater.
Two variants are available. Model 16-2110 has two heating bands of 1000 W each, with independent digital thermostats and a temperature adjustable from 0 to 90 °C. Model 17-2133, with a power of 1300 W and a temperature adjustable from 0 to 40 °C, is intended primarily for frost protection.
To improve the heating process and limit heat loss from the top of the container, it is recommended to use it with the IBC insulating cover, code 16-2111, sold separately.
