General information
The Mayermoover metal collection tray for four 200 liter drums, painted RAL 2004 (pure orange), is a technical solution designed for maximum safety at work and environmental protection. The bright color improves visibility in production departments and industrial environments, facilitating rapid identification of safety containers.
This version of containment tank for environmental safety it is particularly suitable for warehouses, workshops and chemical plants where safe management of dangerous substances and compliance with European regulations regarding spill prevention is necessary.
Reinforced structure and tested welds
Built in carbon steel thickness 3 mm (30/10), the tub is designed to resist intensive use and the most aggressive chemical agents. All welds are electronically tested to ensure a perfect seal. The hot-dip galvanized and pressed grating, supplied included, offers stability and a capacity suitable for loading 4 200-litre drums.
The materials used are UNI EN ISO 9001 certified, with production compliant with UNI parameters and full traceability available upon request.

Storage and Retention Guide
What does the law say?
As established by Legislative Decree 19/05/1999 n. 152, modified by Legislative Decree 2000 n. 258, containment basins must have a minimum capacity equal to at least the largest of the containers stored e in any case not less than 1/3 of the total volume of the dangerous substances present. In areas subject to aquifer protection, the legislation requires that the entire stored volume be contained within the collection tank (100% of the volume).
⚠️ Attention:
This rule does not apply to the storage of used oil, for which the law expressly requires a containment tank equal to 100% of the stored volume, regardless of other considerations.
To better clarify the practical application of these rules, below are two examples with explanatory data:

| Parameter | Example 1 | Example 2 |
|---|---|---|
| Total substances stored | 1500 litres | 3600 litres |
| 1/3 of the total | 500 litres | 1200 litres |
| Larger container | 700 litres | 1000 litres |
| Minimum capacity required | 700 litres (being 700 > 500) |
1200 litres (being 1000 < 1200) |
