General information
Safety container with insulated panels for the safe storage of flammable or explosive products.
Available in different sizes and types to meet any storage need.
THERMAL INSULATION
Container with insulated panel: Insulated panels are structures composed of two steel metal sheets between which a layer of polyurethane insulating foam is placed. This structure guarantees the panels high thermal insulation, good fire resistance as well as high mechanical resistance to stress and loads.
CONTAINMENT TANK
Each container is equipped with a lower containment tank with a support grid made of galvanized carbon steel.
The capacity of the containment tank is calculated on a Capacity not less than 1/3 of the overall geometric capacity of the tanks located in it and in any case at least equal to the capacity of the largest tank (Ministerial Decree of 05.18.1995).
NATURAL VENTILATION
Natural ventilation of the container is ensured for 1/30 of their surface area, as required by the Ministerial Decree of 18.05 1995
REGISTRATION and TESTING
Each container produced is subjected to tests and control checks.
At the end of the testing, each container is registered and provided with safety labelling (Legislative Decree 81/08).
ACCESSORIES
Upon request, each container can be supplied with:
- internal perimeter shelving
- panic handles
- access ramps
- automatic fire extinguishers
- emergency kit for absorbing accidental spills.
