FOAMTACK® B2 Polyurethane Adhesive Foam is a professional single-component adhesive foam , ideal for assembling, insulating and bonding building materials .
Its low controlled expansion and strong adhesion make it perfect for precision work indoors and outdoors , even in variable climatic conditions (from -5 °C to +30 °C).
FOAMTACK® combines speed, mechanical strength and insulating capacity , offering excellent adhesion on aerated concrete, brick, insulation panels, plaster and drywall .
The moisture-curing formula ensures excellent structural adhesion , as well as excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties , up to 60 dB .
It is the ideal solution for bricklayers, installers and construction companies looking for a quick and clean alternative to traditional mortars for bonding and lightweight assemblies.
How to Use
Preparation:
-
Shake the can for at least 30 seconds before use.
-
Make sure surfaces are clean, dry and stable .
-
For better adhesion, slightly moisten the surfaces .
Application:
-
Apply the foam in linear lines to the substrate.
-
Wait 2–3 minutes and check for readiness:
-
If holes form → not ready yet
-
If adhesive threads form → ready to use
-
-
Join the materials within 2 minutes of forming the skin.
-
Support any vertical elements until hardened.
-
After about 60 minutes , the glued parts can be loaded .
-
To speed up the curing process, spray lightly with water before or after application.
Cleaning:
-
Fresh foam → remove with PU FOAM CLEANER .
-
Hardened foam → remove with REMOVE ALL .
-
Clean your hands with POWER WIPES .
Caution: Do not use for gluing to ceilings or load-bearing structural elements.
Applications
FOAMTACK® is perfect for quick assembly, installation and fixing in the construction and industrial sectors:
-
Aerated concrete blocks (Ytong) and lightweight construction elements.
-
Insulating panels made of polystyrene, polyurethane or composite materials.
-
Plasterboard panels , frames and wall coverings.
-
Window sills and frames .
-
Partition walls and prefabricated interior elements.
-
Thermal and acoustic insulation applications without thermal bridges.
Thanks to its rapid adhesion, strength and insulation , it is an essential product for construction sites, renovations, installation and building insulation work .
