General information
The Mayermoover collection tank for 2 IBC tanks of 1000 litres, in RAL 2004 (pure orange), is designed for environments where the immediate visibility of safety devices represents added value. The structure, robust and compliant with regulations, allows the effective containment of dangerous and polluting liquids, reducing the risk of spills and improving management in highly operational areas.
Thanks to epoxy powder coating, this version ensures long-lasting protection from impacts, abrasions and chemical agents.
Safety, capacity and high visibility
The containment tank for chemicals and liquids is built in S235JR quality carbon steel, with thickness 3 mm (30/10). Every weld is electronically tested to ensure hermetic containment of liquids. The hot-dip galvanized and pressed grating, supplied included, allows a safe and stable support for the double load of IBC tanks.
Production follows UNI technical parameters, using materials certified and traceable according to the norm UNI EN ISO 9001.

Storage and Retention Guide
What does the law say?
As established by Legislative Decree 19/05/1999 n. 152, modified by Legislative Decree 2000 n. 258, containment basins must have a minimum capacity equal to at least the largest of the containers stored e in any case not less than 1/3 of the total volume of the dangerous substances present. In areas subject to aquifer protection, the legislation requires that the entire stored volume be contained within the collection tank (100% of the volume).
⚠️ Attention:
This rule does not apply to the storage of used oil, for which the law expressly requires a containment tank equal to 100% of the stored volume, regardless of other considerations.
To better clarify the practical application of these rules, below are two examples with explanatory data:

| Parameter | Example 1 | Example 2 |
|---|---|---|
| Total substances stored | 1500 litres | 3600 litres |
| 1/3 of the total | 500 litres | 1200 litres |
| Larger container | 700 litres | 1000 litres |
| Minimum capacity required | 700 litres (being 700 > 500) |
1200 litres (being 1000 < 1200) |
