Cylinder heaters provide heat to the surface of cylinders to counteract the cooling that can occur during gas withdrawal. In applications involving liquefied gases, low temperatures and high demand can hinder vaporization and promote frost formation, affecting the continuity of the supply.

The collection includes heating jackets for 10, 50 and 79-litre cylinders, equipped with a digital thermostat with 0–40 °C control. The wrap-around cover is secured with adjustable quick-release buckles. Power and dimensions vary depending on the size, allowing the heater to fit the cylinder surface and meet the application requirements.

For standard 22 and 33 kg LPG cylinders, a 500 W silicone band is available with spring fastening, a 40 °C limiter and a 55 °C safety device with manual reset. This solution uses fixed-threshold control, unlike the digital control of the jackets.

Completing the range are ATEX heaters for cylinders intended for permitted configurations in classified areas. Before choosing, the gas used, cylinder dimensions, permitted temperature and the need for an external control unit must be checked. Litres of capacity and kilograms of fill are different specifications and do not replace the check of the actual container dimensions.
