Barrel heating makes it possible to handle liquids and materials that become difficult to move at low temperatures. Barrel heaters and heating bands transfer heat through the container wall, helping to make the decanting and pumping of compatible oils, resins, waxes, greases, and adhesives easier.

The collection includes wrap-around covers for various sizes, including 25–30, 50–60, 105–120, and 200–220-liter barrels, as well as solutions for small 10–12-liter containers. Bands with a digital thermostat from 0 to 90 °C are available alongside silicone models with adjustment from 0 to 120 °C and high-temperature versions with specific ranges up to 200 °C. These values indicate the adjustment range of the individual devices and should be compared with the limits of the barrel and the product.

Barrel heater bases allow heating from the bottom of compatible metal barrels. Jackets and insulating covers, on the other hand, limit heat loss through the walls and top. PVC protective covers serve a different purpose from thermal insulation and should be selected based on operating conditions.

Food- and pharmaceutical-grade versions and dedicated ATEX heaters are also available. For proper selection, it is necessary to check the diameter or circumference, effective height, barrel material, power, and accessory compatibility.
