General information
The tub containment for forklift Mayermoover, designed to host two 200 liter drums, is proposed here in the version with epoxy powder coating RAL 2004 (pure orange), ideal for environments where it is necessary high visibility containment devices.
This solution ensures protection against accidental spills of dangerous and polluting liquids, fully respecting European regulations on workplace safety and environmental protection. Thanks to its mechanical resistance and anti-corrosion protection, the tank is perfectly suited to industrial environments, warehouses and workshops.
Robust, visible and compliant with regulations
Every containment tank is built in S235JR carbon steel with thickness 3 mm (30/10). The welds come controlled electronically to ensure complete watertightness. The hot-dip galvanized and pressed grating, supplied as standard, allows a stable and safe support for two 200 liter drums, ensuring the required flow rate even in harsh environments.
The materials come from certified suppliers UNI EN ISO 9001, and the entire production process respects the UNI parameters, with traceability available upon request.

What does the law say?
As established by Legislative Decree 19/05/1999 n. 152, modified by Legislative Decree 2000 n. 258, containment basins must have a minimum capacity equal to at least the largest of the containers stored e in any case not less than 1/3 of the total volume of the dangerous substances present. In areas subject to aquifer protection, the legislation requires that the entire stored volume be contained within the collection tank (100% of the volume).
⚠️ Attention:
This rule does not apply to the storage of used oil, for which the law expressly requires a containment tank equal to 100% of the stored volume, regardless of other considerations.
