Description
The 11-9866 silicone heating band is designed for heating liquids and industrial materials contained in standard 105-liter metal drums. Applied directly to the container's surface, it transfers heat to the product, making it easier to pour, transfer, and pump.
Made of durable, flexible silicone, it features a simple design that allows for easy mounting around the drum. It is equipped with an adjustable analog thermostat from 0 to 120 °C, allowing the heating temperature to be set according to the process requirements.
Heating the contents is particularly useful when dealing with liquids and materials that can become more viscous and difficult to handle at lower temperatures. The band is suitable for various types of industrial fluids, including water, oils, diesel, and resins.
