Description
The electric drum heater for 105–120-liter drums is designed to heat the contents of the drums and help maintain their temperature and viscosity, reducing the risk of the liquids freezing. It features a digital thermostat adjustable from 0 to 90 °C, allowing the temperature to be set according to application requirements.
The wrap-around design allows the drum heater to be applied directly to the outer surface of the container. Made from durable insulating materials, it features adjustable straps with quick-release buckles for easy attachment and removal.
It is available in two versions, 400 W and 640 W, which differ in power, band height, and weight. Both operate on a 230 V power supply and are compatible with drums with a diameter between 470 and 525 mm.
The drum heater is suitable for industrial applications requiring the heating or temperature maintenance of compatible liquids and materials, such as oils, diesel, water, resins, waxes, and adhesives.
Differences between the versions

400 W version – Code 11-9856B: heating band with a height of 370 mm and a weight of 4 kg, for applications requiring lower power.

640 W version – Code 22-3078: heating band with a height of 700 mm and a weight of 6 kg, covering a larger area of the drum and providing higher electrical power.
