General information

The tub of containment of dangerous liquids for 1000 liter IBC tanks, in version RAL 6011 (residence green), is a professional solution designed for environments where it is needed distinguish visually storage stations without sacrificing a technical and tidy aesthetic.

This color is well suited to production contexts, industrial plants and technical warehouses, while offering a solid structure that complies with regulations regarding environmental prevention and safety in the workplace.

Tested structure and certified materials

The tank containing dangerous liquids it is made in 3mm carbon steel (30/10), with electronically controlled welds to ensure a perfect watertightness. The hot-dip galvanized and pressed grating, supplied as standard, is designed to withstand the weight of a 1000-litre tank even in complex operating conditions.

Each component is made according to UNI parameters, using traceable materials and purchased exclusively from certified suppliers UNI EN ISO 9001.

Storage and Retention Guide

What does the law say?
As established by Legislative Decree 19/05/1999 n. 152, modified by Legislative Decree 2000 n. 258, containment basins must have a minimum capacity equal to at least the largest of the containers stored e in any case not less than 1/3 of the total volume of the dangerous substances present. In areas subject to aquifer protection, the legislation requires that the entire stored volume be contained within the collection tank (100% of the volume).

⚠️ Attention:
This rule does not apply to the storage of used oil, for which the law expressly requires a containment tank equal to 100% of the stored volume, regardless of other considerations.
