General information
The Mayermoover collection tank, suitable for containing two 1000 liter IBC tanks, is proposed in the painted version RAL 6011 (residence green): a sober and technical finish, ideal for environments where visual order, regulatory compliance and structural robustness are essential.
Thanks to reinforced structure and resistant epoxy paint, this one containment tank for chemicals and liquids it represents a safe and long-lasting choice for the storage of dangerous, polluting or flammable substances, actively contributing to the prevention of accidental spills.
Reinforced structure and certified components
Built in 3mm carbon steel (30/10), the tub is designed to resist impacts, corrosion and wear and tear. Le welds are tested electronically to ensure constant watertightness even in severe operating conditions.
The hot-pressed galvanized grating, supplied included, ensures maximum stability and load capacity, allowing the simultaneous positioning of two 1000 liter IBC tanks.
All materials used are UNI EN ISO 9001 certified and completely traceable, while the entire production complies with UNI requirements.

Storage and Retention Guide
What does the law say?
As established by Legislative Decree 19/05/1999 n. 152, modified by Legislative Decree 2000 n. 258, containment basins must have a minimum capacity equal to at least the largest of the containers stored e in any case not less than 1/3 of the total volume of the dangerous substances present. In areas subject to aquifer protection, the legislation requires that the entire stored volume be contained within the collection tank (100% of the volume).
⚠️ Attention:
This rule does not apply to the storage of used oil, for which the law expressly requires a containment tank equal to 100% of the stored volume, regardless of other considerations.
To better clarify the practical application of these rules, below are two examples with explanatory data:

| Parameter | Example 1 | Example 2 |
|---|---|---|
| Total substances stored | 1500 litres | 3600 litres |
| 1/3 of the total | 500 litres | 1200 litres |
| Larger container | 700 litres | 1000 litres |
| Minimum capacity required | 700 litres (being 700 > 500) |
1200 litres (being 1000 < 1200) |
