General information
The Mayermoover collection tank for 3 IBC tanks of 1000 litres, in version hot galvanized, is designed to guarantee maximum corrosion resistance, even in external or aggressive environments, where humidity and chemical agents can compromise the life of traditional materials.
Industrial spill collection tank cobstructed in 3mm carbon steel and protected with integral galvanization using hot dip, offers a robust solution, compliant with European regulations, for the safe containment and storage of dangerous and polluting liquids.
Long-term reliability and durability
The tub is equipped with hot-dip galvanized and removable grates, which allow easy maintenance and maximum hygiene. Le welds are controlled electronically to ensure absolute watertightness. The reinforced load-bearing structure guarantees stability even at full load, supporting up to three tanks of 1000 liters each.
All materials used are UNI EN ISO 9001 certified and meet UNI standards for dimensions and performance.

Storage and Retention Guide
What does the law say?
As established by Legislative Decree 19/05/1999 n. 152, modified by Legislative Decree 2000 n. 258, containment basins must have a minimum capacity equal to at least the largest of the containers stored e in any case not less than 1/3 of the total volume of the dangerous substances present. In areas subject to aquifer protection, the legislation requires that the entire stored volume be contained within the collection tank (100% of the volume).
⚠️ Attention:
This rule does not apply to the storage of used oil, for which the law expressly requires a containment tank equal to 100% of the stored volume, regardless of other considerations.
To better clarify the practical application of these rules, below are two examples with explanatory data:

| Parameter | Example 1 | Example 2 |
|---|---|---|
| Total substances stored | 1500 litres | 3600 litres |
| 1/3 of the total | 500 litres | 1200 litres |
| Larger container | 700 litres | 1000 litres |
| Minimum capacity required | 700 litres (being 700 > 500) |
1200 litres (being 1000 < 1200) |
