Description
Heaters for 1000-liter IBC containers are designed to heat liquids and materials contained in industrial tanks, facilitating emptying when viscosity makes pouring and handling operations more difficult.
Materials such as syrups, sugars, and fats can become more viscous at room temperature and adhere to the container walls. Heating helps make these products more fluid, facilitating their extraction and helping to reduce residues in the container.
Model 11-9860 features two heating bands of 1000 W each, for a total power of 2000 W. Model 11-9861B incorporates three 1000 W bands, for a total power of 3000 W. Both are equipped with independent digital thermostats and allow the temperature to be regulated from 0 to 90 °C.
Model 11-9860A, with a power of 1300 W and regulation from 0 to 40 °C, is intended primarily for frost protection.
The lightweight structure is equipped with quick-release buckles, which allow the heater to be attached to standard 1000-liter IBC containers. The product is supplied without a cover. To limit heat loss, it is strongly recommended to use the IBC insulating cover code 11-9861D, sold separately.
The heating jackets can also be used in combination with heating systems for containers, heating cabinets, or heating ovens when it is necessary to move the container while keeping the product heated.
